What We Do
T Care Transport provides safe, reliable door-to-door Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). It is owned by T Care Transport Services, LLC and managed by Tom Fulgentes Jr., who has been in the NEMT business for over 20 years.
Our hours of operation are
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on major Holidays. Weekend trips are pre-scheduled. We request at least 48 hours notice prior scheduled medical appointments or procedures; however, we try to accommodate last-minute calls depending upon availability.
